If you need help with morning sickness, foods like papaya can help. Papaya for nausea is a great and natural remedy. It’s often used for many health issues like weight loss, constipation and for stomach problems as well. There may have also been papaya in your house before you got pregnant as it’s said that papaya increases male fertility!
Fruits like pineapple can also help with motion sickness but during pregnancy, pineapple is ill advised as pineapple can cause contractions.
Drink papaya juice, take papaya enzymes (with your doctor’s persmission of course) or make papaya smoothies to combat morning sickness. A papaya smoothie can also be a great tool after you’ve had the baby for weight loss as it can boost your metabolism.

Papaya has been mentioned above as safe. This is not true. Papaya has been used in SE Asia as an abortifacient for many years. This is taken in powder form from UNRIPE papaya. I have seen it used, first hand, and it works. Two small sachets taken 3 times in one day with warm water.
For this reason I always strongly recommend to pregnant women to avoid Papaya completely - just to be safe.
